m-View Body-Worn Cameras and Digital Evidence Management Systems now offered to customers in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa

Christchurch, New Zealand, 18 November 2025

Tait Communications today announced that m-View Video Solutions will be available for customers in the Asia Pacific, European, Middle Eastern and African regions. This milestone marks the integration of Body-Worn Cameras (BWC) and Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS) into the Tait portfolio following the acquisition of m-View in February 2025.

The m-View ecosystem includes the Altitude Digital Evidence Management System and the Matrix suite of Body-Worn Cameras, designed to support complete, defensible capture-to-courtroom evidence workflows for public safety, compliance, and enterprise security organisations.

In addition to law enforcement, the demand for Body-Worn Cameras is growing in multiple industries all around the world, driven by a need to help frontline workers mitigate physical harm and false allegations by capturing the truth.

Expanding the Tait Mission

For more than 50 years, Tait has supported frontline organisations with mission-critical voice communications. With m-View part of its portfolio, Tait dealers can now offer customers an end-to-end solution for communications and visual evidence accountability.

“Making m-View available through the Tait dealer network is a significant step in our shared mission to support frontline staff with secure and reliable technology,” said Matt Cameron, CEO at m-View. “Tait dealers can now provide a unified solution that enhances safety, transparency, and organisational trust.”

Truth You Can Trust

At the centre of the m-View portfolio is Altitude, a secure Digital Evidence Management System that maintains full chain-of-custody records from the moment footage is captured. Altitude can be deployed in cloud, on-premises or hybrid environments and integrates with existing records and case management systems, ensuring that evidence can be reviewed, shared, and retained according to legal and operational requirements.

Altitude also offers an optional AI-powered redaction feature, allowing users to automatically identify and redact faces, sensitive information, and private data before footage is shared. This feature assists organisations in meeting privacy, duty-of-care, and disclosure obligations while maintaining the evidentiary integrity of original recordings.

The m-View Matrix Body-Worn Cameras are purpose-built for frontline environments, offering high-clarity recording, extended shift-length battery performance, and rugged durability suitable for a wide variety of operational roles. Together, the Matrix camera suite and Altitude system support a defensible, end-to-end evidence workflow.

“Our customers work in high-stress environments where reliability and integrity are non-negotiables,” said Jessica Simm, Product Marketing Manager at Tait. “Altitude moves evidence from the field to the operations centre with its integrity preserved. It’s easy to manage, automatically secure, simple to share, and fully traceable. That’s what we mean by truth you can trust.”

Proven In the Field

m-View’s video solutions are already deployed across major frontline and regulatory environments in Australia. This includes law enforcement implementations with the NSW Police Force, as well as workplace safety and compliance operations through SafeWork NSW.

These deployments have demonstrated measurable improvements in investigative clarity, incident resolution efficiency, and community transparency outcomes.
