On March 18, at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Tait Communications held its fifth annual One Tait Dealer Summit. Each year, this event, which brings together Tait’s dealer partners from across the globe, has witnessed a significant rise in attendance. Although most participants come from businesses in the Americas, partners from Europe and Asia also participated.
The theme for this year, “Growing Forward,” was aptly selected to highlight the goal of promoting dealer growth and success. Through its One Tait Dealer Program, Tait continues to commit to innovation, collaboration, and business expansion. The One Tait Dealer Summit acts as a venue for Tait Communications to convey the latest updates and insights to its partners.
The day was initiated by Tait CEO Yoram Benit, PhD, who emphasized the growth Tait has achieved over the last five years and presented the company’s future vision. Remarkably, Tait dealers increased their sales of Tait products and services by 65% from 2023 to 2024.

A panel discussion with four Tait dealer partners was led by Kevin Sumrell, the president of Tait North America. To guide and inform other mobile communications companies, insights were shared by the panelists. Knowledge about forthcoming products, services, and vertical solutions that will enhance their businesses was also gained by participants.
Educational tracks in sales and technical areas were featured in seminars as the event continued. Demonstrations of various products, RF fundamentals, and training were included in the technical sessions. Insights into the competitive landscape, a Warner Communications case study on a new DMR Tier 3 network at the University of Missouri, details on Tait LifeX by Frequentis, the TP9900 and TM9900 series products, as well as marketing updates and market insights were offered by the sales tracks.
The day concluded with the One Tait Dealer Awards, a signature event and enduring tradition that honors the outstanding accomplishments of our dealer partners. We extend our congratulations to the recipients of the 2025 One Tait Dealer Awards. Horizon Technologies, an Arizona-based Tait Communications dealer that supplies P25 networks to government and public safety agencies, received the award for the highest sales growth percentage from fiscal year (FY) 2023 to FY 2024.
Stolz Telecom, a mobile communications company based in Oklahoma City and Texas, received the award for outstanding sales performance.
Robert Stolz, ENP, president, stated that Stolz Telecom consistently doubles its business each year by selling Tait Communications equipment. PMC Wireless secured the award for exceptional sales performance. PMC delivers mission-critical solutions throughout the East Coast and across various vertical industries.
Tait Communications recognized several individuals with the Tait Values Awards for their Commitment to Listen, Courage to Act, and Integrity to Deliver. Roger Ruby , CEO of Five9 Solutions Inc , a Canadian company launched in 2020 to deliver mission-critical and business-critical communications, was awarded the Commitment to Listen Award. Matt Bussey , general manager of Warner Communications in St. Louis, won the Courage to Act Award. Thomas White, president of A&W Communications, another accomplished Missouri dealer, received the Integrity to Deliver Award. A&W collaborates with government agencies and various organizations, specializing in radio sales and service.
Tait’s Customer Service Award went to Michael Hilbert, PMP, ENP, PMI-PMOCP, DASM, director of project management at TuWay. Located in Pennsylvania, TuWay offers a variety of services, and Michael, a former 9-1-1 center superintendent, has a deep understanding of customer needs. The We Go Beyond Award went to Communications Northwest, a Tait partner with offices in Oregon, Washington and Idaho for exceeding expectations in 2024.
During the event, it was announced that the 2025 One Tait Dealer Black Level Experience will take place in Australia, alongside the ongoing expansion of the One Tait Dealer Program to boost customer and partner engagement.

The One Tait Dealer Summit took place prior to the start of the International Wireless Communications Expo (IWCE), allowing dealers to make the most of both events. Designed to complement each other, the One Tait Dealer Summit and IWCE provided Tait with the opportunity to proudly showcase its offerings at one of the largest critical communications conferences globally.
At the IWCE, the Tait Communications booth showcased its range of P25 and DMR radios, featuring the TM9900 multiprotocol (P25 and DMR), multiband mobile radio, which complements the TP9900 portable radio introduced last year. The booth also included demonstrations of Tait LifeX by Frequentis, the industry’s only integrated multimedia dispatch console solution, and the Tait R5 broadband-based edge computing platform with optional integration to Tait LMR mobiles and P25/DMR networks.
