New Zealand Benefits
Relocation
Many of the people who work at Tait have relocated to Christchurch, either domestically or internationally.
We have learnt that relocation needs between individuals and families vary, so we offer a flexible and comprehensive relocation package.
Maternity Leave
All Tait employees are entitled to 12 months unpaid maternity/paternity leave. This time period is standard under New Zealand Employment Law.
Leave
All employees are eligible for four weeks annual leave per year. Combine this with the 12 statutory holidays and you'll have 32 days leave per year. Graduates also receive time off to attend their graduation ceremonies.
Medical
All Tait staff and their families benefit from subsidised private medical insurance. While New Zealand's public medical care is of a very high quality, many use private medical facilities for elective surgery or to avoid public waiting list delays.
Flexible Working
At Tait Communications we recognise the importance of a healthy work-life balance, and have a range of flexible working options to assist our employees to achieve this.
