Situation

Response
Tait will provide BAC with a modern two-site DMR Tier 3 network, with Managed Services that will allow BAC to focus on managing and growing its business.
The comprehensive service component from Tait includes TaitManage Infrastructure to monitor the new DMR network, 24x7, from Tait's Service Management Centres and will provide full network support with fault restoration. Tait will also deliver its traditional design and deploy services throughout the upgrade.
The Tait solution incorporates Tait DMR Tier 3 TB9300 base stations, TM9300 mobiles and TP9360 portables, and will integrate with a Crosswire console system by Logic Wireless. The Crosswire system features voice dispatch including recording and messaging, and also has the capability to provide integrated location services, to increase business efficiency and worker safety.
